Meeting the Needs of Your Customers – LIVE Online

This one-hour session will look at how we can determine our customers’ needs and then take action to ensure those needs are met. Not everyone is comfortable describing in detail what they need and/or want when they go into a restaurant or store. This course will identify the kinds of questions to ask that will determine exactly what your customer requires and the decisions to make in meeting those needs.

With five 1 hour LIVE Online sessions to choose from, delivered during the day and evening, retail and hospitality employees can learn to increase customer satisfaction and sales. You can stay where you are and the training comes to you via your own computer with internet connection. About the Instructor: Heather Lyon is the owner and operator of FirstStart Planning Ltd., and has been providing training and business services to her clients throughout Western Canada for the past 20 years. Heather first began her business, providing bookkeeping services and operating a collection agency.  Heather delivers a variety of workshops and presentations to organizations throughout Western Canada.  Although Heather now lives with her family in Rocky Mountain House, she spends a great deal of time traveling throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territories, and enjoys getting to know her students wherever her travels take her.
