We understand that funding your post-secondary education can be a challenge and through the generosity of many individuals, companies, and associations, we are proud to offer a number of financial awards.
Awards may be given based on financial need, academic achievement, community involvement, leadership or extra-curricular activities. The award may also be a combination of a scholarship, bursary or a prize.

The Serving Communities Internship Program (SCiP) is a unique opportunity that will allow students to gain valuable work experience in the non-profit/volunteer sector and receive a $1,000 bursary upon completion. This is a new internship program available to post-secondary students.
Starting in the fall, students can apply for one of up to 500 available internships. Successful applicants can expect to gain meaningful experience at a non-profit/volunteer organization, putting their educational knowledge and skills to work. At the end of the internship, students will receive a $1,000 bursary.
This program is the result of a collaborative effort between the Government of Alberta, Volunteer Alberta and the Alberta Students’ Executive Council. Students interested in more information can look here. http://joinscip.ca/
