Program Description:

This series is relevant to current professional trends for administrative assistants. In just 7 courses, professional administrative assistants will focus on what matters most to be indispensable to their organizations.

AA115 Solution Seekers - Effective Problem Solving & Decision Making

Delivered in two-day course modules, this program is tailored toward virtually every workplace and provides the flexibility to focus on each participant's unique needs.

Admission Requirements:

This series is open to administrative assistants who seek professional development, have identified ""gaps"" in their skills, are experiencing changes in their work environment requiring updating/training or have been told by their employer to ""enhance"" their skill development.

Application Process:

You can register right up until the day of the course, however, courses fill up quickly, so register early.
