Program Description:

Developed in response to industry demand, the Essential Skills for Supervisors Certificate Program provides the skills for supervisors of any number of staff to succeed in getting the most out of their #1 resource - their employees. Whether you are a new or veteran supervisor, manager or team leader you will find this program a refreshing and time-efficient opportunity to hone your existing skills and learn new ways of achieving success with your employees. You will develop a comprehensive skill set while networking with others in an environment that models the techniques being taught. Realistic case scenarios will bring out your own strengths and capabilities and feedback from your peers will provide the opportunity for invaluable personal growth.

Take one class or attend all the classes and receive a Program Certificate in Essential Skills for Supervisors.

Admission Requirements:

No entrance requirements. Strongly recommend that people have a supervisory function at their workplace.

Application Process:

You can register right up until the day of the course, however, courses fill up quickly, so register early.

2010-11 Course Fees (Per Person Per Course):

$375 for the first person registered from your organization, $325 for every other person (Savings of $50/person when you send more than 1).
