Drop in Gym Activities
If you are at the Slave Lake Campus, get ready to enjoy this program! Whether you are new to the sport/activity or want to ease the stress of the day, our Slave Lake gym is a good place to be after you finish your school day.
Regardless of your skill level, all the sports and activities we organize are planned with a fun first mentality. Boost your mood with physical activity.
Sports and activities will be scheduled monthly, and there will be a student wellness staff to support each game/activity.
This program is currently offered at the Slave Lake Campus only. If you are in another location and want to get active, please visit the online physical wellness session that Bright Breaks offers. These sessions cover meditation, yoga, fitness, and mindfulness, among others. Services - Northern Lakes College Student Association (nlcsa.ca)
