Accessibility Services

Northern Lakes College complies with the Duty to Accommodate, which requires us to provide learning accommodations to students who are diagnosed with a disability, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities or disabilities related to mental health.

This also applies to Dual Credit students. Students under 18 would be referred to Accessibility Services through their school contacts. The individual working with that student would connect with our offices directly. Sharing the IPP or IEP with our Accessibility Coordinator and discussing what is needed in the college environment.

If a Dual Credit student is over the age of 18, they can speak directly with our Accessibility Coordinator about their learning accommodation and diagnosis.

To contact our offices please email us at accessibilityservices@northernlakescollege.ca.
