Course Description

This course introduces students to communication as a two-way process which includes both gathering and distributing appropriate information. Information gathering includes both formal record keeping and informal listening skills. Information distribution takes into account the audience, message, and medium. Students will be equipped to gather and distribute sensitive information from and to internal and external entities.
