Ronda Groom (Solargy Alberta)

Ronda Groom has a number of university degrees and diplomas, but it isn't the education that developed her understanding of management. Ronda's knowledge, experience and expertise have been developed by managing staff both in the field and in office, industry, NGO's and government settings. Ronda uses practical examples from work experience to illustrate course content and encourage an open discussion of management techniques that work well for managers. Ronda enjoys facilitating discussion and practicing skills that are useful in the workplace.
