Kris Robins (Kris Robins Training & Consulting Services)

Kris Robins is the developer and lead trainer of both Essential Skills for Supervisors and Advanced Skills for Leadership. Kris provides a full range of training and consulting services to business, specializing in supervisory skills and organizational development. Kris uses a practical, skills-based approach when facilitating and believes that learning should be fun. Her experience in leadership brings depth to the courses she teaches and she is able to creatively get her message across when helping participants learn how to deal with complex workplace issues.

 Ensure that your team's goals nest within the goals set by your organization
 Involve all employees in the goal-setting process
 Achieve maximum buy-in to the set goals

Withdrawals and Refunds

Certificate Program Courses:  Your registration will be fully refunded when notice of withdrawal is given seven (7) days before the course start date.  Less than seven (7) days before the course start date, no refund will be issued.  When you are unable to attend your course, you may arrange for someone to take your place by contacting Continuing Education & Corporate Training at work@northernlakescollege.ca or 780-849-8623.

Cancellation

Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.

Fee payment

Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).
