Module 7: Maintenance Information Management

Course Description

Module 7 will demonstrate why collecting and managing maintenance information is important for realizing value from assets and aligning maintenance management with the organization's overall objectives. Participants will learn when and where maintenance information is critical within the asset's lifecycle, and particularly within the maintenance management functions. This module will discuss the processes and tools that create, collect, and manage maintenance information, and how to manage data efficiently and effectively. Upon completion of this module participants will recognize maintenance management processes and information systems that define, collect and, transform data and information to underpin decision-making foundations.

Sessions are delivered LIVE ONLINE via internet conferencing - distance learning. Ten, 3 hour weekly evening sessions.

Course materials include a participant workbook only (there is no textbook). The participant workbook is available in Moodle (the Learning Management System used for this course) as a pdf that you can download. Access to your course in Moodle is available 14 days before the course start date.

Withdrawals and Refunds

An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelled or transferred registrations. Tuition will be fully refunded less the $50 administration fee when notice of withdrawal is given 14 days before the course start date. A partial refund of 75% of the tuition fee is granted if notice of withdrawal is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date and up to 14 days after the course start date. Fees paid for materials and shipping are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.

Fee Payment

Fee Payment: Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).
