Adrian de Groot MMP
Adrian's career started as a maintenance mechanic at a fully integrated mining complex. Through the next 35 years Adrian has held various positions in production and support operating units. As a tradesman he holds Red Seal Machinist and Industrial Mechanic/Millwright. As a staff member Adrian has held positions of Maintenance Planner, Industrial Engineering Analyst, Utilities Plant Control Room Operator, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance General Foreman, and upon retirement he was Superintendent of Divisional Support with responsibility of implementing a comprehensive Asset Management Framework operating system.
This module links maintenance strategies with those of production and operations. By studying production methodologies maintenance managers will be better prepared to apply these techniques to improve the performance of their business unit and align their efforts to support the production goals of the organization.

Sessions are delivered LIVE ONLINE via internet conferencing - distance learning. Ten, 3 hour weekly evening sessions.

Withdrawals and Refunds
For MMP modules:
An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelled or transferred registrations.
There are no refunds for materials/shipping.
Less than 7 days before the module starts, a partial refund of 75% of the tuition fee is granted if the withdrawal of the registration is received:
Module 1 - immediately after the 1st class. No refunds given after 1st class.
Modules 2-8 - immediately after the 2nd class. No refunds given after 2nd class.
Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.
Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).
