Pre-requisites: Five-day CSA Exam Preparation course (TT046) and a current Fall Arrest Certificate
You will utilize the skills and knowledge from the five-day CSA Exam Preparation course (TT046) to perform the hands-on roof top installation and commissioning of a 3-5 kilowatt (Kw) grid-tie photovoltaic (PV) system using the increasingly popular micro-inverter. Safety topics will be covered including the necessary field level hazard assessment and the use of protective equipment such as fall arrest harness and ladders.
Important information about this course:
You will need to supply your own PPE: Hard hat, coveralls & CSA approved steel-toed boots.
Withdrawals and Refunds
Your registration will be fully refunded when notice of withdrawal is given seven (7) days before the course start date. When notification is received less than seven (7) days before the course start date, an invoice will be issued for full payment of the course. Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.
