Course Description

If you are a busy manager or supervisor you know that your time is valuable and you have a host of responsibilities relating to your work. News reports illustrate many of the challenges you face relating to the health and safety of workers; stress, violence, ticketing, OH&S charges, investor and public expectations, the aging workforce, work life balance and a host of others. You need to get a grasp on what's critical in managing health and safety and you need to do it in a timely way. The Health and Safety Management Boot Camp is just the program for you.

In this intensive two-day interactive program, you will be engaged in aspects of health and safety management that are critical to effectively manage risk in the workplace.

 Hazard Assessment and Control
 Inspection and Workplace Monitoring
 Incident Reporting and Investigation

Through a combination of presentation and situational exercises, you will gain an understanding of these topics in order to more confidently manage and oversee health and safety in your organization.
