If you or your employees work at heights this course may be for you! The new Alberta OH&S Code may require you to have a Fall Protection Plan in place when working at heights of 3 metres or greater. Find out what this means to you.

THIS 1 DAY COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

Identify fall hazards
Understand and use a fall protection plan
Inspect, maintain and use fall arresting devices
Understand rescue procedures

Please note: All courses in Peace River are OSSA certified

 Course starts promptly at the start time stated. Students who are late may be refused admission.
 Appropriate clothing is required (i.e. jeans, pants, proper footwear such as running shoes). You will be required to do practical exercises during this course.
 Please be advised that participants who are unable to perform the required exercises will not pass the course. (Eg. Employees who are on Worker's Compensation on light duty.)
 Please have photo ID available upon request for exam/temporary certification purposes. Instructors for any Enform courses are required to visually confirm your photo ID and if they cannot confirm your identity you may not be certified for the course.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Your registration will be fully refunded when notice of withdrawal is given two (2) working days before the course start date. When notification is received less than two (2) full working days before the course start date an invoice will be issued for full payment of the course. When you are unable to attend your course, you may arrange for someone to take your place by Contacting Continuing Education & Corporate Training at work@northernlakescollege.ca or 780-849-8623..

Cancellation

Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.

Fee payment

Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).
