Ronda Groom (Solargy Alberta)

Ronda Groom has a number of university degrees and diplomas, but it isn't the education that developed her understanding of management. Ronda's knowledge, experience and expertise have been developed by managing staff both in the field and in office, industry, NGO's and government settings. Ronda uses practical examples from work experience to illustrate course content and encourage an open discussion of management techniques that work well for managers. Ronda enjoys facilitating discussion and practicing skills that are useful in the workplace.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Certificate Program Courses:  Your registration will be fully refunded when notice of withdrawal is given seven (7) days before the course start date.  Less than seven (7) days before the course start date, no refund will be issued.  When you are unable to attend your course, you may arrange for someone to take your place by contacting Continuing Education & Corporate Training at work@northernlakescollege.ca or 780-849-8623.

Cancellation

Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.

Fee payment

Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).
