"Becoming a Micro-generator" will provide information to businesses, homeowners, and community members who want to offset electricity costs with clean, renewable energy generated at their site. Course will cover basics such as a grid-tie system, system siting, permitting and the economics of solar energy generation.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Describe the application process for micro-generation in Alberta
Evaluate the value of a micro-generation project in Alberta
Describe the incentives available in Alberta for micro-generation
