Northern Lakes College delivers Maintenance Management Professional, Asset Management Professional, and Certified Asset Management Assessor preparation programs, all developed and authorized by PEMAC Asset Management Association of Canada.
Asset Management Professional (AMP)
The Asset Management Professional (AMP) certificate program is delivered online in a weekly-paced lesson format so you can access your courses wherever you are, at any time that works for you. The Asset Management Professional program consists of six courses, which introduces participants to the latest in strategic asset management thinking, develops the capacity to engage others, and build knowledge and skills in key subject areas, such as risk management.
Maintenance Management Professional (MMP)
The Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program is taught through NLC LIVE Online™ which allows students to continue to work while advancing their education and their career. The Maintenance Management Professional certificate program consists of eight courses which provide learners with an understanding of the various concepts necessary to be an effective maintenance and physical asset management professional.
Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA)
Are you looking to write the Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) exam? No time to study? Want to reduce your pre-exam stress? Spend time with the experts! With PEMAC’s preparation course, you can prepare yourself to write the CAMA exam. Delivered through NLC LIVE Online™, you can enter the exam feeling confident!

Maintenance Work Management Certificate (MMP Module 1 & 6)
Practitioners who complete Module 1 and 6 of the MMP program are eligible to apply for a Maintenance Work Management Certificate which recognizes an individual's understanding of the benefits of an integrated maintenance management strategy and the fundamental principles of work management processes.

Delivery Methods Explained
+Face-to-Face: Courses where the instructor and the students are interacting at the same time, at the same physical location.
NLC LIVE Online™: Scheduled classes online, where students log in to a program (Blackboard Collaborate™) with instructors and peers on the same day, at the same time.
NLC Anytime, Anywhere: Courses where you do not have scheduled classes, but where you log in to a program online (Moodle) at any time and do your work.
Blended: Courses where you have a combination of face-to-face and online (NLC Anytime, Anywhere and/or NLC LIVE Online™).
Dual Credit: Students in high school can experience College programs while earning post-secondary credits.
