The various factors that impact your food budget ( family size, products we buy, stores we shop at, dietary restrictions, etc.)
Drafting a family budget so you exactly what you're spending on a monthly basis
Creating a meal plan which can save you time and money
Various ways to make meal preparation easier and less time consuming
Ways to save money by monitoring flyers, sales, coupons, and bulk purchasing

Withdrawals and Refunds
Your registration will be fully refunded when notice of withdrawal is given three (3) working days before the course start date. When notification is received less than three (3) full days before the course start date no refund will be issued. If you are unable to attend your course, you may arrange for someone to take your place by contacting Continuing Education & Corporate Training at email@example.com or 780-849-8623.
Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).

• Speakers & microphone, preferably a headset. If you don't have a microphone you can still use the chat function to ask questions/make comments.
