The Grouard Campus offers family housing for students or accommodations for single students. Options range from three-bedroom unfurnished houses, three-and-four bedroom furnished townhouses or shared accommodations in a furnished townhouse.

Student Family Housing
- Family housing for students with children
- Daycare service available in Grouard (not operated by the College).
- Furnished townhouse units: three-and-four bedroom units available
- Unfurnished houses: three-bedroom units available
- Security deposit is equal to one month's rent
Please note: Rates do not include applicable taxes or utilities. Students are exempt from paying utilities.

Single Student Housing
- Three-or-four bedroom shared accommodations with one-and-a-half baths, kitchen, and living room.
- Units are fully furnished. Students are only required to bring bedding, towels and cooking utensils
- Single room rent is $450/student per month
- The damage Deposit is $450
- Utilities, Wi-Fi, and satellite are included
