Course Description

In this course students will learn what the continuing issues in Early Childhood Education are today and will become knowledgeable practitioners and reflective decision-makers. Students will become knowledgeable in the issues and gain new insights into what is happening in early childhood education, and enhance their ability to articulate the needs of young children and the nature of the field. Students will learn about the issues that include families, advocacy, children with disabilities, and diversity.
