Strategic Plan

Northern Lakes College has developed the Strategic Plan using our six institutional values as guideposts. This plan is intended to be the catalyst to guide the development of credit and non-credit programming to support the economic and community development needs of the communities we serve. The goals identified in the Strategic Plan will guide planning and decision-making to meet the requirements of the Northern Lakes College Investment Management Agreement.

 As a provider of community-based education, Northern Lakes College understands the importance of reaching each and every individual, no matter how remote, rural, or northern their location. That is why we count our success one student at a time.
