Join us for an evening of connection, learning, and wellness—designed to help you and your workplace thrive.

Session 1: Burnout – How to Recognize It and What to Do About It
with Susan Giesbrecht – learn the signs of burnout and how to manage it with real tools and self-care strategies.

Session 2: Eat Well, Work Better
with Ula Naszynska-Spitzer – eating well to maintain focus and productivity in the workplace.

Session 3: Mindfulness at Work
with Kim Versloot – breathe, ground, and learn practical ways to stay calm and focused on the job.

$10 registration fee – open to anyone looking to bring more wellness into their workday.
