Course Description

This first practicum allows students to meld theory with practice and refine their skills as early learning and child care supervisors. Included in the 150 hour practicum placement is a 15 hour seminar course where students will be introduced to topics such as leadership human resource management, conflict resolution, and workplace dynamics. The seminar course will be comprised of class discussion, lecture, forum, and independent and group activities.
