Course Description

This course will examine the origin and evolution of dinosaurs by exploring the events that led to their appearance and those that eventually led to their extinction. While this is not an anatomy course and no formal training in anatomy will be required, use of anatomy and other related terminology will be introduced. We will also explore some basic geological principles - notably those associated with fossilization and more broadly aspects of rock formation.
