Course Description

This course provides an introduction to the field of cognitive psychology. Cognition refers to the acquisition, storage, transformation, and use of knowledge, and through PSYC3XX, students will investigate the multiple systems and processes that allow us to perform these functions. The course includes units on perceptual processes, memory, imagery, language, problem solving and creativity, and cognitive development.
