Course Description

Developed from theoretical and practical perspectives, this course covers the fundamental concepts of atomic structure, chemical bonding, molecular structure, and the intermolecular forces between molecules, which underlie a basis for understanding and evaluating the chemical and physical properties of chemical compounds. The relationships between the electronic structure, molecular structure, and the interactions between molecules are explored using examples of inorganic and organic compounds.
