Accessibility Services for Dual Credit Students

Northern Lakes College complies with the duty to accommodate, ensuring learning accommodations are in place for students diagnosed with learning or physical disabilities, as well as those needing mental health support.

The duty to accommodate also applies to Dual Credit students. A Dual Credit student is referred to Accessibility Services through their school contact. The individual working with that student would connect with our offices directly. The student’s medical documentation is shared with our Accessibility Coordinator who discusses supports in the college environment.

If a Dual Credit student is over the age of 18, they can speak directly with our Accessibility Coordinator about their diagnosis and learning accommodation.
