- Three-bedroom unit with single beds and one bathroom; shared kitchen and living room
- Units are fully furnished. Students are only required to bring bedding, towels and cooking utensils
- In-unit laundry facility
- Single room rent is $450/student per month
- Security Deposit is $450
- Utilities, Wi-Fi, and satellite are included
