This course will integrate topics from all human resource (HR) sub-topics with an emphasis on how to coordinate HR policy to achieve organizations' strategic aims and how to perform effective assessments. Emphasis will be placed on information collection, organization, and utilization. Also emphasized are the benefits and challenges of major HR strategies.
