Add to cartThis module focuses on the application of accounting and finance principles as it pertains to the maintenance management role. The module will give you an understanding of the foundation principles of accounting and cover the four main pillars of accounting knowledge the maintenance manager needs to support a successful maintenance department. These four main pillars are: Project Analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, Cost Analysis for Managerial Decisions, and MRO Inventory.

Sessions are delivered LIVE ONLINE via internet conferencing - distance learning. Ten, 3 hour weekly evening sessions.
Course materials include a textbook and a participant workbook. The participant workbook is available in Moodle (the Learning Management System used for this course) as a pdf that you can download. Access to your course in Moodle is available 14 days before the course start date.

Withdrawals and Refunds
An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelled or transferred registrations. Tuition will be fully refunded less the $50 administration fee when notice of withdrawal is given 14 days before the course start date. A partial refund of 75% of the tuition fee is granted if notice of withdrawal is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date and up to 14 days after the course start date. Fees paid for materials and shipping are non-refundable.
