The Essential Skills for Instructors/Facilitators program is designed to help all instructors and facilitators working in an adult education setting to improve their practice of instruction, whether teaching face-to-face, online, or using a combination of delivery methods. Though the courses have been designed for instructors who do not have an educational background, seasoned educators will find hints to improve their practice of instruction whether in the trade shop, the health lab, in the classroom, or online. If you lead an instructional team, consider taking the courses to build a robust team of educational professionals in your department.
