Course Description
Do you know someone in Junior High who loves food and has a passion for getting creative in the kitchen? Well, this 3 day camp is just what the Chef ordered! Led by a Red Seal Chef, the Culinary Boot Camp provides campers, between the ages of 13 and 15, with the opportunity to discover basic cooking techniques in a professional kitchen. This camp gives students hands-on experience in all aspects of meal creation. These young Chefs will finish the camp ready to create new delicious creations in their home kitchens. Lunch will be provided during the camp.
