Course Description

Pre-requisite: Course 1: Asset Management Principles and Strategic Development

Study asset information and knowledge management across the full asset lifecycle from the front-end engineering design through to the "operate and maintain" phase and eventually to asset retirement. Referring to ISO 14224, the course provides a strategic level view of the important role that information and knowledge management play in an asset dependent organization.

This course is recommended for mid-career professionals from IT, engineering and/or business management who have responsibility for managing decisions with respect to the core life cycle functions such as design, selection, operation, and maintenance of an organization's assets.

These documents are also available as a printed version. ISO 55002 was recently updated to the 2018 version. If you have ISO 55002: 2014 you can refer to this document and are not required to purchase the 2018 standards.

Withdrawals and Refunds

An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all cancelled or transferred registrations. Tuition will be fully refunded less the $50 administration fee when notice of withdrawal is given 14 days before the course start date. A partial refund of 75% of the tuition fee is granted if notice of withdrawal is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date and up to 14 days after the course start date.

Cancellation

Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.

Fee Payment

Fee Payment: Fees are due at the time of registration. Northern Lakes College accepts cash, cheque, money order, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Invoicing to a company requires a Purchase Order (PO).
