Virtual Management Toolkit is a self-paced resource kit that can be used in any order to understand the basics of managing virtual workforces or managing a front line workforce virtually. The toolkit was created to show how to manage virtually in a crisis and beyond. The first four themes address managing virtually through crisis, using expert interviews and tip sheets to accompany the interviews:
1. Emotional First Aid
2. Cyber Security for Remote Workers
3. Working from home with children
4. Staying productive in confinement

The accompanying resource section consist of four articles and seven video tutorials to assist with non-crisis virtual management basics:

The Virtual Management toolkit is a targeted set of resources to assist with all aspects of successful virtual management set up for self-paced learning, with life-time access. There are no quizzes, assignments or exams.
