Course Description

Are you struggling to get everyone to work together to get the job done? Do you wonder how to get your team on board when change is required? This course will help you to get everyone rowing in the same direction. You will learn how to build and sustain good working relationships that create cooperation, inter-dependence and high morale among employees.

• Gain and maintain the respect of others
• Identify strategies to help people work together
• Create guidelines for team behaviour
• Channel individual efforts towards team goals
• Understand the process of change and why resistance occurs
• Build support for organizational change

Tuition will be fully refunded when notice of withdrawal is given 7 days before the course start date. If you are unable to attend your course, you may arrange for someone to take your place by contacting Continuing Education & Corporate Training at work@northernlakescollege.ca or 780-849-8623

Cancellation

Northern Lakes College reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course that lacks sufficient registrations to provide a satisfactory learning atmosphere. In this event your registration fee will be refunded in full or applied to the re-scheduled course.
