Topic: The Debt of Forgiveness

Description: Forgiveness is probably one of the hardest things for us humans to do. It comes with the baggage of heaviness, anxiety, and stress, and all the carry-ons you can imagine. The Christmas season is around the corner and time with family and friends can often feel burdensome because of unforgiveness. Join us as we talk about the debt of forgiveness and how to walk through this as we prepare for the Christmas season.

Topic: Rewarding Relationships

Christmas has just concluded, family and friends have returned to their lives and various communities and here we are often on our own, alone. Christmas is a great time of joy and happiness, and it is not connected to the gifts and all the snacks we eat, it is ultimately connected to the relationships we have. Today more than ever we long for connection, we all need rewarding relationships in our lives.

Many studies reveal what brings joy and happiness to all our lives and it is rewarding relationships. No matter our age or gender we all have a longing for belonging. Join us as we talk about Rewarding Relationships as we begin 2025.

Topic: When Grief Walks in your Door

Death of a family member, a friend, or a pet, whether an accident that happens suddenly, a progressive or predicted illness, always catches us unprepared. Unprepared for the loss, unprepared for the feelings and emotions, but when grief walks in your door, we need to face it and open the door to invite it in and talk about it. Keeping the door closed will not help us heal and move forward in our lives. So, join us as we talk about grief and what happens when it walks in your door.
