Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays are monthly sessions that will give you just the break you need from a busy day or week. Each event focuses on a different wellness topic that will encourage you to incorporate healthy habits and practices into your life. Join us virtually, relax, and unwind your mind. 

We designed Wellness Wednesdays to support your wellness journey by creating an environment to de-stress and promote well-being.

Students attending each session will enter a monthly draw to win a prize.

Self-care- Holiday Edition

Practicing self-care isn’t always easy. The holidays can bring up a lot of emotions,  stress and discomfort. Maybe you’re stressed about money. Maybe you’re missing a departed loved one. Maybe you’re dreading spending time with difficult family members. Self care can sometimes make us feel guilty about taking the time required to take care of ourselves during the Holidays. Getting started with self-care can be challenging for many of us! Self-care involves focusing on yourself and taking time to rest, reflect, replenish, and renew. Join us as we look at how self care can support us during the holiday season.
