Wellness Wednesdays are 20 minutes sessions that will give you just the break you need from a busy day or week. Each event focuses on a different wellness topic that will encourage you to incorporate healthy habits and practices into your life. Join us virtually, relax, and unwind your mind.
We designed Wellness Wednesdays to support your wellness journey by creating an environment to de-stress and promote well-being.
Students attending each session will enter a monthly draw to win a prize.
