In this course students will gain an understanding of best practices in the field of employee recruitment and selection.
Since recruitment and selection are the means organizations use for locating and selecting employees to aid the organization achieve its strategic goals and objectives, using best practices in these processes help to add value to the organization as it by contributing to its strategic success.
The course also provides a foundation in theory and practice in areas such as staffing legalities, recruitment sources, and selection techniques and tools.
