Slave Lake: Oct 06, 2025 - Oct 06, 2025

Confined space work involves some of the most critical hazards in the oil and gas industry. This training teaches participants to identify, understand and mitigate the potential hazards of working in restricted and confined spaces.
• Level I - Awareness: Ideal for individuals who need to understand the risks associated with confined spaces but are not involved in entry. This course provides a solid foundation of confined space hazards and safety protocols.
• Level II - Entry & Monitor: This course prepares participants to safely enter confined spaces and act as a monitor, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. It includes hands-on practice for confined space entry, monitoring, and emergency communication.
• Level III - Rescue: For those tasked with confined space rescue operations, this advanced course covers entry procedures, emergency rescue techniques, and use of rescue equipment, ensuring your team is prepared for worst-case scenarios.

During this Confined Space Entry, Monitor & Rescue course each participant gets to experience mock situations that employees may be exposed to in the real world. Participants will be suited up and make their way through an actual tank to retrieve items to gain the most practical experience.

Participants in Level II or III training who do not achieve a passing grade of 70% or more on the final exam will still receive a Level I (Awareness) certification, ensuring that everyone leaves with valuable confined space safety knowledge.
