Water and Wastewater Operator

Water and Wastewater Operator training prepares existing operators or new incumbents for the roles and responsibilities of water and wastewater operators and to write the provincial certification exam with Alberta Environment and Parks. Students will become proficient in the support systems and technical aspects of water and wastewater treatment, water distribution, and wastewater collection. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses are available for existing operators. This programming is delivered in partnership with ATAP Infrastructure Management Ltd. (ATAP) to address critical demand for training in northern Alberta.
