This 6.5 contact hour course is delivered face-to-face

Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) depict the systems in each section of a Plant. They display equipment (pumps, valves, vessels), piping, and the instrumentation that is used to monitor and control the process. Operators who understand and are familiar with reading a P&ID are more able to meet their ABC core competencies of: Operate, Evaluate & Maintain Equipment, and Monitor, Evaluate & Adjust Treatment Process.

This course is approved for 0.6 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) for Alberta Water/Waste Water Operators.
