Electrician Apprenticeship Fourth Period

Program Overview

Do you enjoy doing hands-on work, such as installing, altering, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems? Would you like to get involved in a trades career? Electricians specialize in specific types of installations, such as residential (housing developments), commercial (office buildings), institutional (hospitals), and industrial (plants, factories). If you are already signed up as an apprentice, and ready to attend your Fourth Period of technical training, then Northern Lakes College is where you want to be!

Further Educational Training Opportunities Electricians often take further training to gain additional expertise in variable frequency drives, code upgrades, cathodic protection, and alternative energy installation. This dynamic, and continually changing trade often requires updating.
