Wellness Resource Guide

Northern Lakes College provides a variety of resources and services that help students balance their wellness journey, manage their mental health and/or improve their quality of life.

This flexible guide, offers a variety of NLC resources and outside community resources.  Students are able to move through the guide as needed and use one or a combination of the supports presented.

Significant functional impairment due to frequent mental health challenges or levels of distress that have a greater impact on daily functioning, academics, and/or relationships.
